Hey, I'm Angie, the founder and passionate baker behind Breakin'Bread!

Let me share the story of how this crackin' venture began. It all started in 2013 when I made the leap from Stockholm to London for my undergraduate studies.

Curious about the name? Well, it's inspired by the Swedish word for crispbread, 'knäckebröd.' 'Knäcka' means to crack or break, which led to Breakin'Bread. But beyond that, I was drawn to the idea of 'breaking bread' as a communal experience we share together.
