The story begins in 1977. Giuseppe Povia, the founder, discovered his passion for almonds at a young age in Apulia's unique landscape. He transformed nature's almonds into delightful treats like Marzipan di Puglia and Cupeta, using locally sourced ingredients, including Apulian almonds.

In 1997, the journey continued with a focus on excellence, leading to sugar-free cereal biscuits and a shift to organic production in 2007. In 2014, gluten-free options like millet and almond biscuits were introduced, meeting the needs of those with celiac disease. Today, Giuseppe and his children cultivate organic almonds, controlling the entire supply chain, ensuring quality from flower to processing.

Located in the heart of Alta Murgia National Park, our artisanal recipes, like Lady's Kisses and Soft Almond Cakes, reflect our commitment to taste and health. Our sugar-free wholemeal biscuits are natural, artisanal, and healthy, embodying our philosophy of quality and typicality.
