Nicaragua 60 % - Oat M!Lk (Ingeman Estate)

Our new oat milk chocolate from Guatemala. A 55% chocolate with surprising complexity with beautiful flavour notes. The cacao for this chocolate is sourced by Gaia Cacao from the Hacienda Kampura. “Kampura” means “Beautiful Woman" in Miskito.

This hacienda in the North of Guatemala grows its cacao in the forest and here it rains all year round and creates a lush environment for cacao to flourish. It creates ideal conditions for the cacao fruit to ripen with beautiful notes of nuts and caramels. Combinded with oats it give a chocolate senstation.
